Refund, Replacement & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds, replacements and returns are to be requested and are subject to management approval. Refunds, replacements & returns are not accepted for incorrect selection or change of mind.
Returned products can be issued upon management approval and must be sent via a registered postal service and a tracking number of your prepaid postage is obtained. The approved product must be returned unused and in the original condition in which it was received.
You accept any theft, damage or loss of return products during transit. You accept the responsibility of insuring products during transit.
Refunds provided will cover the cost of the product and does not include postage paid. Buyer must pay postage to return.
This policy does not apply to products that have been damaged after delivery, used, opened, altered, broken or dropped.
